Development of a Real Estate Chat App with Voice and Text Interface (Two-Stage Development)

We are seeking to develop a state-of-the-art real estate chat application tailored for the Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain market. This project will be executed in two stages: the first stage will produce a dummy proof of concept for feedback and testing, while the second stage will develop a fully integrated system with advanced features including MongoDB integration, voice and text search capabilities, and automatic CRM updates. Stage 1: Dummy Proof of Concept Objective: Create a dummy version of the app to showcase the basic functionality and gather user feedback. This version will simulate the interaction without complete backend integration. Tasks: 1. App Interface Setup in Bubble: • Develop a user-friendly interface with distinct areas for chat and media display. • Implement responsive design suitable for mobile devices, ensuring media areas can expand for better viewing. 2. Integration of Custom GPT: • Use API calls to connect a pre-built GPT model to the Bubble interface. This model will handle basic queries and simulate responses. 3. Media Triggers: • Configure the GPT to recognize and respond with specific media when trigger keywords are detected. 4. Timeline: • This dummy version needs to be completed and delivered within 24 hours of project commencement. Stage 2: Fully Integrated System Objective: Develop a fully functional app integrated with MongoDB to handle real-time data processing and CRM updates based on interactions within the app. Tasks: 1. Advanced Voice and Text Search Integration: • Enhance the app with both voice-to-text and text-to-speech functionalities for seamless user interaction. • Implement AI-driven prompts to help refine and perfect property searches based on user input. 2. MongoDB Integration: • Develop backend logic to query MongoDB effectively with parameters derived from GPT-processed queries. • Ensure real-time data fetching and updating capabilities. 3. CRM Integration: • Automatically populate CRM systems with details from interactions (both text and voice) conducted via the app. • Ensure data consistency and accuracy for effective client management. 4. Testing and Deployment: • Conduct extensive testing to ensure all functionalities work seamlessly across different devices and platforms. • Prepare the system for deployment on appropriate online platforms or as a mobile application.
