Description:

I am developing a simple commerce system. I have the content management, shopping cart and checkout pieces (or will do by deadline). What I need is someone who can supply a set of ancillary custom tags that they will stand behind their functioning to spec for the ancillary functions I need.

Specifically I need:
1. Shipping rate calculator - I pass it the necessary information (I'm guessing a weight and two ZIP codes within the US) and it returns a list of shipping types (overnight, 2 day, ground, etc.) with pricing for each. ALternatively, it provides a list of shipping codes and I include shipping codee with my request to get pricing for an overnight delivery from X to Y weighing 24 lbs. Must tie into Fed-Ex and UPS. USPS would be real benefit.

IIS 5.0

Deliverables:

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Documentation fully describing interfaces and functions with simple sample code.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
4) Post delivery email tech support in case I have any problems integrating the software or getting it to work.

All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements. Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
