I need a clone of two diiferent applications available at

http://www.othersoft.com/apps/finadv.exe Please download and review these files thoroughly before making your bid offers. Also visit the respective sites for these two products to more know about their features.
There are some more features which are required. These details are mentioned in the attached file with this bid request details. Please read the attached file carefully before making your bids. The attached file forms an integral part of this Bid Request Details.
This forms only the first phase of the project. This phase will be followed the second as well the third phase. I would prefer to work with the same Coder for all the phases as they would be extensions of the project. Those Bidders who get back to me with detailed responses for this project and with a strong commitment about early and successful execution of this project will be preffered over the others.
This project should be developed with Visual Basic 6.0 and have a back-end databse tool which can be deployed easily and in a hassle-free way on various MS-Windows based systems. The project should also have complete and comprehensive "Help" module.

The project should also be compatible with hardware platform of Pentium processor, 64 MB RAM, 6 GB Hard Disk Drive, etc.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) Installable files which will help in installing the final application on various MS-Windows based systems.
5) Back-end Database files with comments.
6) Flow Charts and Data Flow Diagrams.
7) Help files.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
