Downhill Downunder Clothing Company
DD is an Australian Clothing company that also runs a website that is the portal for all things relating to Downhill Mountain biking in Australia.
You can check out our website and “vibe” at www.downhilldownunder.com
DD has a very large facebook following via Ken Mountain-Goat and the DD fan page.
The core brand item is The Goat. You will see various images of the goat on our t-shirts in our online shop and also scattered throughout our website.
Initially The Goat was linked to Downhill Downunder by use of the logo
We have now developed a reasonable level of brand recognition in the Downhill Mountain bike world but wish to diversify into other areas such as all forms of Mountain Biking, Hiking, Orienteering, rock climbing.
We believe our market will expand to include age groups from 13 to 50 years old by doing this
It is important we develop product for each category with unique designs that continue to build on the image of The Goat.
Products will eventually include backpacks, tshirts, hoodies, caps, underwear , gloves , riding shirts and we will require designs for all of them .
At this stage we are trying to identify an artist or artists who are capable of understanding the brand and converting that to artwork that will appeal to our various markets.
We ask interested artistic Goats to provide us with their tender to provide 4 designs for our next t-shirt production run.
These designs will give us an indication of how suitable you are to continue to develop art for our other products.
Bidders must be able to specify final artwork details to a clothing manufacturer for production.
It is possible that we may select more than one artist to continue to work with us.
In summary – please bid to provide 4 designs for our next range of t-shirts. These shirt should appeal to mountain bikers and also include The Goat in the design somewhere.. age groups 15 to 35
Samples of other work should also be provided.

Detailed Requirements:
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
-
Worker: On pay-for-deliverable
projects, all deliverables must be
uploaded to
vWorker.com before the
deadline(s)…with no exceptions. If
this contract makes it impossible
to do this (for example if it is
for a service that cannot be
uploaded), then do not start
this project. Otherwise, you
may find
yourself unprotected by the
payment guarantee.
Instead, ask the employer
to switch this project to
pay-for-time, so you are
guaranteed payment. If the
employer will not switch this, then
please alert us.
Example of unprotected/un-guaranteed work:
Imagine that this project is to
install something on the employers
website.
You do the work but upload nothing
to vWorker.com (because it takes too
long,
or you cannot). As long as there is
no dispute, you will not notice the
potential problem. But if the
employer disputes what you did then
we must make sure you delivered to the
triple-point-guarantee (100% to-contract: and
done in the industry exepcted manner, and
by the deadline). If the employer
does not allow us access to their
website, or accidentally/deliberately
changes the work you did on their
website, when we go to test it, we
will see that it does not work.
Then you would have no proof that
you delivered the final deliverables,
lose the arbitration, the escrowed
funds and receive a poor rating
(which will say "testing showed
the final deliverables did not
work").
So for this reason,
you should have instead followed
the above instructions and
switched it to
pay-for-time.
Had you done this, we would simply
have checked the Accutimcard to
make sure you punched-in the time
and were working on it. You would
have been paid for every hour
you worked.
- Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all outsourcing pay-for-deliverables projects < $500 (before the employer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the employer and worker agreements.
vWorker.com monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
