Brief summary:
We are a healthcare software development company. We have a variety of web-based development projects involving the following:

- Ajax
- ASP
- ASP.net
- C
- C#
- Python
- Visual Basic
- Javascript
- Java
- Win32 Shell

Currently we are using an ActiveX component in our ASP website which opens documents from dynamic locations on our web server, displays them for the client, allows them to edit the document, and then finally they can save, sign, or fax the document once they are finished. We are looking to move to a AJAX based component to replace the ActiveX component on our site to facilitate cross browser use. Additionally, when a document is signed a placeholder in the document is replaced with an electronic version of the user’s signature and/or a statement stating that the file was electronically signed at that particular date/time. Once that happens a database is updated, a copy of the file is saved to several different dynamic locations based upon the user’s settings.

We anticipate a continuous need for assistance over the coming 6 months.

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
