Update for Indian coders using PayPal: As you know, PayPal recently blocked payments to India, including the
ones we sent. Our PayPal rep found a workaround that allowed us to resend them on the the 5th, and unlike previous attempts, these payments have not yet been returned to us (and we believe it worked). However we have never received a coherent answer from PayPal as to why they blocked any of the payments to start with, so this workaround may or may not work next month. If you wish to avoid the uncertainty and switch to Payoneer, they are offering a special to Indian workers. If you tell them you are from Rent a Coder and signup before February 28th, they will waive the typical $9.95 activation fee and expedite shipping for free (which will give you the card in hand in 7-10 days of approval). Description:

Rent A Coder reminder: You MAY NOT post the final solution for this (and any) project before your bid is accepted and funds are fully escrowed. Anyone who does may have their account permanently suspended. However, you CAN post:

On programming projects: A prototype or functional demo...as long as source code is not provided.
On graphics projects: A watermarked and low-resolution version of the work.

I already have Admin where I can add and delate banner and news but other features need to be add like I did list here.

I need Content Management System (ADMIN)where I can:
1) Add/Delete category
2) Add/Delete product
3)take the liberty from the Users to ADD the Categories
4)I need to be able to Send mail to all member
5)I need payment system where I can turn on and off if I wanna let mmember pay or let member pay when I have build up some traffic to my web
6)When member sign in I want there profile be mark as "FREE MEMBER" or "GOLD MEMBER" if they have pay for to be a member ( like on www.alibaba.com )
7) Right now an email is going to me if some one will make an Enquiry, but it should go to seller and copy to me

Deliverables:

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements. Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

huongle (the Seller) was selected by tofrar (the buyer), and had 3 days to either escrow the Expert Guarantee, or decline the project. huongle chose to decline it. Doing so is within all Sellers' rights, since their circumstances sometimes change drastically between the time they bid and the time a Buyer eventually selects them (for example, they may have been awarded other projects). A neutral rating was given to huongle and all funds were returned back to tofrar.
