We are seeking an experienced web programmer who has an excellent RAC record for long term relationship.
We want to create an online version of our desktop software.
The coder must be able to use his own initiative in translating our ideas into a professional robust working site.
Basically we want to develop a membership type site
Inside the site, the user will be able to select data from 41 categories -each category has 5 separate levels via a wizard type screen by screen method, this data will act the basis of a editable report which will be output via PDF or html format.
The site will need to have the following features.
1.Customer will pay a yearly subscription, automatically renewed via papal. Customers can also pay for one of use.
2. Potential customers can have a 1 use free trial by filling a form at the site. The site will then be able to email them automatically after their free trial. We are members of aweber.com.
4. We will need to be able to stop users letting others use their password.
5. We will want to sell a corporate license, where that user will be able to issue up to 25 passwords for his users only. Our site needs to be able to handle this situation.
6. Users will need to be able to add their own categories to the 41 we have listed.
7. There must be help comments all the way thorough the step-by-step process and a stand-alone system section.
8. The coder will need to upload the code to our server
This is the basic outline. More exact details and a copy of our existing desktop software will be sent to a list of short listed coders.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
