I have a car dealer script for which I need some enhancements and modifications, the script is currently doing 80% of my expectations, following are some of the enhancements I need:
Need to make the URLs SEO Friendly
Need a PHP page to list links by Admin
Need a PHP page for Testimonials
Need a standard theme that will automatically apply to all pages in the site with header, footer and blocks etc.,
Menu system in the Admin area where I can modify and Add menu and create new pages to it like Terms, Payment, Shipping, Links, Etc.,
The script should be redesigned to match the theme and menu with Color Combination and graphics
Instead of email inquire, there should be a form to request info
Tell your friend should work
Addend and removing some fields in the user view and admin area

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
