Update for Indian coders using PayPal: As you know, PayPal recently blocked payments to India, including the
ones we sent. Our PayPal rep found a workaround that allowed us to resend them on the the 5th, and unlike previous attempts, these payments have not yet been returned to us (and we believe it worked). However we have never received a coherent answer from PayPal as to why they blocked any of the payments to start with, so this workaround may or may not work next month. If you wish to avoid the uncertainty and switch to Payoneer, they are offering a special to Indian workers. If you tell them you are from Rent a Coder and signup before February 28th, they will waive the typical $9.95 activation fee and expedite shipping for free (which will give you the card in hand in 7-10 days of approval). Brief Summary:

Rent A Coder reminder: You MAY NOT post the final solution for this (and any) project before your bid is accepted and funds are fully escrowed. Anyone who does may have their account permanently suspended. However, you CAN post:

On programming projects: A prototype or functional demo...as long as source code is not provided.
On graphics projects: A watermarked and low-resolution version of the work.

I am looking for someone to design the logo.

This logo need to be unique and original.

Unlimited Revision.

We only want one logo design and this logo need to have in difference size for:

1. Logo for website
2. Logo for business card
3. Logo for newspaper ads
4. At least three initial concepts
5. Unlimited revisions
6. Fast turnaround, the design shall be delivered in various format
7. Upon completion, deliver source file (editable), fonts and full copyrights

Just remember that the artwork need to be able to modify with full quality of graphic. The design has to be able to modify in difference size and still keep the same quality of artwork(vector format).

What kind of work do you need done?
Graphic Design (Includes graphics work, logo design and 3d modeling)

Legal:

1) Deliverables include not just the final work but also complete source files as well (so that the Buyer can modify them in the future).
2) Quality: If you present a sample of your work to the buyer, your final deliverables MUST match or exceed that same level of quality.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller's Seller Legal Agreement.

Other Requirements:

This Logo need to be able to modify.

This project is included:

1.you will have to design the newspaper ads for us using this logo.
2.you will have to design the business card using this logo .
3.All final files will be delivered to me upon completion of the project. This means I will have the ability to edit the files myself to edit my artwork in the future(as we need to use these design artwork on the website).
4.It has to be original we own the full copyright of the design.
5.That when the project is finished I own the legal rights to this artwork to use as I see fit.
6.All deliverable must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions.
7.Unlimited revision till justify.
8.Professional Graphic design, please provide us the example of your work.

If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project ...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
