Update for Indian coders using PayPal: As you know, PayPal recently blocked payments to India, including the
ones we sent. Our PayPal rep found a workaround that allowed us to resend them on the the 5th, and unlike previous attempts, these payments have not yet been returned to us (and we believe it worked). However we have never received a coherent answer from PayPal as to why they blocked any of the payments to start with, so this workaround may or may not work next month. If you wish to avoid the uncertainty and switch to Payoneer, they are offering a special to Indian workers. If you tell them you are from Rent a Coder and signup before February 28th, they will waive the typical $9.95 activation fee and expedite shipping for free (which will give you the card in hand in 7-10 days of approval). Click here for questions or to signup.

Brief Summary:
3 Important things about this job:
1. This is for NON commercial use (questions will not be sold or used for profit, only to teach)
2. Students are professionals(college level/college level graduates)
3. Please use your own original work only, no copying from copyrighted materials. (You can use my notes word for word)

Description:
Write test questions using my notes, its fun, you only stay within my notes with your writing, you do not have to do outside research. Please bid for 2000 total questions, include how long it will take. Must have feedback to bid. Questions format should be in word (text). Ill give you my notes to write questions from and tell you how to create the questions/answers and explanations. You should be able to do 2000 questions/answers in 3 weeks or less. Situational questions, like jane is a contractor and what should she do in X situation.
Any type of writer can do this: article writers, technical writers, academic writers, creative writers. No skills or experience in the subject matter required.

example: You would get a paragraph like this:

State law requires applicants to personally sign vehicle documents. If the vehicle is to be titled to more than one owner but only one owner makes application to the County Clerk, then the signature of the other owner must appear on some other document such as a sales contract, security agreement, et cetera. If applicants want to permit spouse, child or another person to sign the state application document a notarized Power of Attorney form must be executed.

You make questions/answers/explanations like this:

1. A husband needs to sign a state application document for his wife because she is sick in the hospital, what must you have?
A. security agreement
B. sales contract
C. Power of attorney
D. Power of the law
ANS: C
EXP: If applicants want to permit spouse to sign the state application document a notarized Power of Attorney form must be executed.

Questions should be thoughtful, no simple answers, Question stems minimum of 2 sentences, answer stems a minimum of 1 sentence.
Each question must be unique, each answer must be unique. No "all of the above" no "None of the above". Answers should be A,B,C,D

Requirements Interview Answers:
To help you bid more accurately, the buyer was interviewed about the requirements for this project. Below are their answers. Untitled Page
Project Type: What kind of work do you need done?
Writing (Includes website content writing, proposals and technical writing.)
Legal: 1) Quality of writing: All English writing-related deliverables MUST be of grammatical, structural and logical quality commensurate with written English in a professional journal (unless otherwise stated by the Buyer). If you are a non-native English speaker you are HIGHLY CAUTIONED AGAINST bidding, unless you are 100% certain that you can provide this level of writing.
2) Writing Copyright: All deliverables MUST be completely your own original work and may not be taken (in whole or in part) from any work that you do not have full and complete copyrights to (unless otherwise stated by the Buyer).
2a) You may not quote material from other sources unless the buyer explicitly gives you permission to do so. If they do, you must surround that material with quotes and cite the source with enough detail so it can be verified.
2b) You may not paraphrase from other sources unless the buyer explicitly gives you permission to do so. If they do, you must follow generally accepted standards for paraphrasing. Merely rearranging words and phrases from another source is considered plagiarism and is illegal. To correctly paraphrase, you should read the original and then close the book/source so you cannot see it and then write the entire material from scratch using your own words. (Note: Paraphrasing is legal by U.S. law when the work is considered "Fair Use"...which generally means it will NOT be used commercially and ONLY for educational purposes. On the other hand, if you may know or suspect the work may not be "Fair Use", please inform or consult with Rent a Coder.)
2c) If you infringe any copyright you will forfeit all escrowed funds under the terms of "fraud" in your contract and may have your account suspended. DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT, unless you fully understand United States copyright law and it's ramifications to you.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller's Seller Legal Agreement.
Other Requirements:
  • All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
  • Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements. Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
