Searching for coder with Private Blog network

I need links from a Private Network of several hundred Blogs (or what you have) (one-way links)

1) CONTEXTUAL
2) DOFOLLOW,
3) possibly ONTOPIC and
4) possibly from northamerican IP addresses.

You will be posting links to several pages of 2 distict URLs. URL will be given to winning bidder.

To help you bid more accurately, the buyer was interviewed about the requirements for this project. Below are their answers.

Important information: You have agreed to the following: •   I understand that it takes time before SEO work appears in the search engine and do not expect instant results. It generally takes a week or two to respider an existing site, and a month or two for a new site to be spidered and fully shown in the search results. •   Rankings are not permanent. Search engines are notorious for changing the algorithms that they use to display results. Competitors who are also doing SEO on the same keyword(s) will change my ranking. All of the above will cause my rankings to become lower or higher, and if they occur, it is not a reflection of poor work by the SEO marketer. I can overcome these issues by agreeing to an ongoing maintenance contract with the SEO marketer. Legal: 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. 1b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller's Seller Legal Agreement.

Other Requirements:

• All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
  
• Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements. Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
