Looking for a programmer that can assist/direct me in creating Controls for a WPF/Blend application in C#
I have been working on having an application develop for over a year, but it never seems to come to life, so after 3 rewrites and a depletion of the budget I am going to force myself to learn how to do this.
I have develop the existing controls of the application (user controls) but I always knew there was a better way to build them. With this being said I would like to find a programmer that can assist/direct me in building my controls more efficiently.
Requirements Interview Answers:
To help you bid more accurately, the buyer was interviewed about the requirements for this project. Below are their answers.
Untitled Page
Other Requirements:
The controls I need help developing are for an electronic training simulation. The controls themselves would resemble electronic components i.e. lights, switches, resistors, fuses etc.
The controls would work similar to a calculator i.e. a calculator has numeric values and function, the process of pressing values with functions creates a solutions. The simulator uses electronic components, each of which has a value, the processes of wiring (connecting/drawing a line or arc) from a power source to components is the function to collect the values. Test probes are place at valid points to obtain a sum/total. This is over simplified but the general concept. You can view more detailed information at the following links for how the components are connected, calculated and measured.

I have attached a sample of my current application with a brief instruction on how to use it, to demonstrate the controls I am working on; in addition I have the complete source code for all the controls that I will make available to interested bidders.
The application is only an example of what work I have done or had done on the controls, so please don’t confuse it with the work to be done as I am starting over… again, and I am only looking to get help on building the controls.
I have attached a zip file containing images of the app if you are unable to run the application itself along with some older pdf files that I created at the start of the project, that will provide information on the controls and how they work. The Application can be found in the ETS1 folder if you tunnel down to the debug file. I also have a separate application I attached that demonstrates, some future functionality I would like to look at possibly doing or being aware of.
Thank you for your time, and look forward to working with someone soon. Feel free to ask any question as I realize not being a programmer this request may be adequate enough to obtain a bid.
