Brief Summary:

Design a front counter area for a Gourmet food pick-up anddelivery shop. Project Area:Approximate148 Sq ft

DesignRequirements:

1. Pushback the existing service counter to expand customer activity zone about 2'-3'

<span style="font-size: 12pt; ">2. Redesignservice counter and incorporate maximum of up to 12 seats in the proposed customeractivities zone.</span>

3. Includelighting fixtures, materials, and color scheme selections.

4. Designerwill provide the lighting specifications, menu boards style and dividers to the kitchen area.

What kind of work do you need done?
Graphic Design (Includes graphics work, logo design and 3d modeling)

Legal:

1) Deliverables include not just the final work but also complete source files as well (so that the Buyer can modify them in the future).
2) Quality: If you present a sample of your work to the buyer, your final deliverables MUST match or exceed that same level of quality.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller's Seller Legal Agreement.

Other Requirements:

Designer to provide (1) floor plan, (1)elevation drawing of the service counter, and (1) typical section of theservice counter. Since the buyer would like to keep the existing titlefloor, design will include in the design to fix it. Buyer will provide measurement,pictures and other detail of the place.

A design of the logo and menu will be welcome and at extra fees.

All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements. Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
