I need a logo designed for a web site. I am intentionally sharing very little information because when I designers know what the site does they have (so far) produced poor designs. These are the factors you should consider in your design
1. The site draws heavily on social networking. So the logo should communicate this element.
2. The networks are adhoc. In other words, a social network can be created by users in response to an option on the site. Think social shopping for example.
3. The first letter of the site is "R", in case you need that.
4. The logo should communicate "success" - as in the group gets a better deal than the individuals.
5. The logo should look good when shrunk to an icon size, such as the icon that appears on the top left browser corner.
If you like to send me some portfolio links I am happy to look at them. Once the logo is designed, I will also need some banner ads, etc. so please keep that in mind as well.
Thanks!

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
