Brief Summary:
- Rent A Coder reminder: You MAY NOT post the final solution for this (and any) project before your bid is accepted and funds are fully escrowed. Anyone who does may have their account permanently suspended. However, you CAN post:
- On programming projects: A prototype or functional demo...as long as source code is not provided.
- On graphics projects: A watermarked and low-resolution version of the work.
This site will consist of one base, but two front ends. The idea is to present the books published during the two seasons spring and autumn on one site. The two domains varensbocker.se (spring books) and hostensbocker.se (autumn books) should access two sides of the site, presenting the books for the two seasons. Publisher should be able to register books etc, and the visitors should get them presented at front end.
Requirements Interview Answers:
To help you bid more accurately, the buyer was interviewed about the requirements for this project. Below are their answers.
Untitled Page
Other Requirements:
See attached file for the detailed specification and a pdf on the wanted layout. The site can be done in english, but must be translated into swedish when completed, of course by our help.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

 Expert Guarantee Required:
It is crucial to the buyer that this entire project be completed (100%) by the deadline of 60 days. They only want expert sellers who will commit themselves to this deadline to bid.
If you are not an expert or unable to commit completely to the deadline, then DO NOT BID on this project.
If you are an expert and can commit, the buyer would like you to demonstrate this by making an Expert Guarantee of at least 10% of your bid. (This would not need to be made now...but only if and when you are are selected as the winning bidder).
If you complete the job (100% by the deadline), then your deposit would be refunded to you. If you do not, then you would forfeit the deposit and it would go to cover the buyer's cancellation charge and the remainder donated to a non-profit charity.
Please note that depending on how you choose to make the deposit, there may be a small, non-refundable processing fee. This fee can be reduced or eliminated by choosing a less
expensive method of payment. Or, you may wish to ask the buyer to cover the cost of the fee for you. You can do this in a number of ways such as: increasing the price of your bid, asking the buyer to post a 2nd bid request to cover it (contingent on completion of the project), or by getting the buyer to promise to pay the fee to you as a bonus (upon completion of the project). If you choose the bonus route, just remember that due to credit card/PayPal rules, Rent A Coder CANNOT force a buyer to pay a bonus involuntarily...even when promised on-site. So don't choose this option, unless you trust the buyer, or are willing to take a small risk.
This is just a very brief overview of how the Expert Guarantee works and there are many more details that you need to understand fully before you bid on this project.
DO NOT BID on this project until you've read and fully understand everything about the Expert Guarantee (including reading the contract and the FAQs).
