Update for Indian coders using PayPal: As you know, PayPal recently blocked payments to India, including the
ones we sent. Our PayPal rep found a workaround that allowed us to resend them on the the 5th, and unlike previous attempts, these payments have not yet been returned to us (and we believe it worked). However we have never received a coherent answer from PayPal as to why they blocked any of the payments to start with, so this workaround may or may not work next month. If you wish to avoid the uncertainty and switch to Payoneer, they are offering a special to Indian workers. If you tell them you are from Rent a Coder and signup before February 28th, they will waive the typical $9.95 activation fee and expedite shipping for free (which will give you the card in hand in 7-10 days of approval). Rent A Coder reminder: You MAY NOT post the final solution for this (and any) project before your bid is accepted and funds are fully escrowed. Anyone who does may have their account permanently suspended. However, you CAN post:

On programming projects: A prototype or functional demo...as long as source code is not provided.
On graphics projects: A watermarked and low-resolution version of the work.

I would like a board game designed. The total image of the game board when printed should be 16.5" by 21.5" at a high, commercially printable quality. I already have the primary logo to be placed at the top, along with smaller clip-art graphics that can be used as accents throughout the piece. Coloring and layout of the game route, along with other aesthetics can be recommended and added by the individual completing the work.

What kind of work do you need done?
Graphic Design (Includes graphics work, logo design and 3d modeling)

Legal:

1) Deliverables include not just the final work but also complete source files as well (so that the Buyer can modify them in the future).
2) Quality: If you present a sample of your work to the buyer, your final deliverables MUST match or exceed that same level of quality.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller's Seller Legal Agreement.

Other Requirements:

Some creativity will be required from the designer regarding coloring, background, and overall layout. There should be about 54 spaces to move throughout the course of the game, slight modifications to this number can be made in order to fit reasonably around the image, but there should be no more than 60 and no less than 50 spaces. Each space should be colored with either three or four complimentary colors repeating throughout the game course.

Already owned clipart images will be provided upon agreement of work and can be used as accents around the course, and additional images may be used at the designer's discretion, if freely accessible and non-copyrighted.

All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements. Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
